Mr. Rocky Gannon---you are a true American hero to me ---my GrandDad Bernard Barny Stinson fought on DDay in World War 2 Omaha Beach in the US Army !!! Thank sir for your service!

A Lieutenant Colonel receives an automatic raise to their basic pay every one to two years. Basic pay is only a small percentage of a Lieutenant Colonel's final compensation package.
