So very honored to call you my great uncle! What an abundance of accomplishments and a testimony of life that God is in control and HE is the only one that's knows your time! Love you Uncle Rocky and Aunt Roberta
We met Rocky this summer at spadaforas in ocean city. My husband is a military artist and has drawn up one of Rockys planes. Do you hav an address we can send it to?
So proud to have a brother in law like you. A person who always saw the good in people and not the bad, a person who is the same every time you see him. Love and appreciate that which you stand for. Love you
My father and Rocky were friends 'back in the day'. Going through Dad's papers (he died 23 Jan 2015), I have a hand written letter from Col. Gannon describing what he knew of the T-29 crash out of Hamilton AFB. He was getting ready for a PCS, but took the time to write dad - even though it was on white lined paper and in pencil!! If the Col. is still with us - I would love to correspond with him about his time with dad.
Cat, I am Rocky Gannon's daughter, Patti. Contact me on FaceBook: Patti Balazs. He is still with us and would love to talk to you.
What a treasure you have! Rocky talked to us while waiting to eat at Spadaforas in ocean city. My husband is a Vietnam vet who does pen and inks of military units and equipment ( for Therapy)
He has drawn up Ricky's plane from Vietnam with the units ....we would like an address to send it to.
Such a great man, that we love and we always enjoy our time with Rocky and Bert!
In fact your creative writing skills has inspired me.
